Am Aklang mat de virdru genannte Konzepter huet de Schäfferot decidéiert, digital Medie méi effektiv ze notzen, fir de Pabeierverbrauch ze reduzéieren an d'Kommunikatioun mat de Bierger a Biergerinnen ze stäerken.

Fir déi digital Offer vun der Gemeng ze ergänzen, gouf op eiser Websäit an an eiser mobiller Applikatioun eng Rubrik "Virtuell Bréifkëscht" erstallt. An dëser Rubrik fannt Dir all Publikatiounen (z. B. Gemengebuet, Schoulbuet, Budgetsbuet, Flyeren, offiziell Matdeelungen, ...) vun der Gemeng, de Veräiner, de Kommissiounen, asw., déi bis elo op Pabeier gedréckt an an Är Bréifkëscht verdeelt goufen.

Wann Dir also de Sticker op Ärer Bréifkëscht pecht, kritt Dir weiderhin d’Publikatiounen op Pabeier.

Schuttrange sans papier

La commune de Schuttrange s’engage pour une gestion plus durable et plus responsable. Ceci se formalise entre autres par son adhérence au pacte Climat, au pacte Nature, à l’alliance pour le Climat et notre commune est aussi labélisée Fairtrade.
Ainsi, le conseil communal a adopté le « Leitbild 2030 - Développement durable » et le concept de digitalisation durable, dans ses séances respectives du 28 septembre 2022 et du 22 février 2023. Conformément aux deux concepts précités, le collège des bourgmestre et échevins a décidé d’utiliser plus efficacement les moyens digitaux, afin de réduire la consommation de papier et de renforcer la communication avec les citoyennes et citoyens.
De ce fait, pour compléter l’offre digitale de la commune, une rubrique «Boîte à lettres virtuelle» a été créée sur notre site internet et dans notre application mobile. Dans cette rubrique, vous trouvez toutes les publications (bulletins communaux comme p.ex. Gemengebuet, Schoulbuet, Budgetsbuet, flyers, avis officiels, …) de la commune, des associations, des commissions, etc., qui furent distribuées jusqu’à présent sur support papier dans votre boîte à lettres. En activant dans l’application mobile la fonction des notifications « push », vous recevrez une notification régulière avec les nouvelles publications disponibles.
Il est également possible de vous inscrire sur une liste de distribution afin de recevoir les publications par courrier électronique :

A partir du 15 septembre 2024, les publications ne seront plus distribuées systématiquement sur support papier. Par contre, conscient des barrières que lemonde digital peut parfois présenter, vous pourrez expressément demander la distribution des publications sur support papier en apposant cet autocollant, que vous trouvez ajouté au courrier envoyé à tous ménages, sur votre boîte aux lettres. (Aussi disponible à la mairie)
En collant donc l’autocollant sur votre boîte à lettres, vous allez continuer à recevoir les édits sur support papier.
En renonçant à coller l’autocollant sur votre boîte à lettres, vous renoncez à recevoir les édits de la commune sur support papier.

The municipality of Schuttrange is committed to a more sustainable and responsible management.
This is formalized, among other things, by its adherence to the Climate Pact, the Nature Pact, the Climate Alliance and its Fairtrade certification. In this section, youwill find all publications (such as community bulletins, flyers, official notices, and so on) from the municipality, associations, commissions, etc., which were previously delivered on paper to your postal mailbox. Starting September 15, 2024, publications will no longer be systematically distributed on paper.
