Économies d’énergie dans les infrastructures communales
En raison de la crise énergétique actuelle, toutes les communes du pays ont été invitées à économiser de l’énergie. La commune de Schuttrange investit depuis des années dans un système de surveillance éner- gétique et dans une gestion intelligente des bâti- ments. Toutes nos installations techniques sont éga- lement entretenues et régulées en permanence par un « Facility Management » performant.
Cependant, des efforts supplémentaires sont nécessaires dans ce domaine : par exemple, comme demandé par le gouvernement, nous essayerons de chauffer nos bâtiments à 20°C, d’éteindre l’éclairage extérieur des bâtiments, ainsi que d’adapter encore mieux le chauffage et l’éclairage de nos bâtiments aux besoins. De plus, nous couperons la production d’eau chaude à plusieurs endroits.
En tant que commune membre du Pacte Climat et de l’Alliance pour le Climat, nous pensons qu’il est impor- tant d’être solidaire en ces temps et de soutenir ces mesures. Nous appelons donc tous nos habitants à contribuer aux économies d’énergie et donc aussi à pro- téger le climat.

Energy savings in communal infrastructure
Due to the current energy crisis, all communes in the country have been asked to save energy. The commune of Schuttrange has been investing for years in an energy monitoring system and in intelligent building management. All our technical installations are constantly maintained and regulated by an effi- cient Facility Management.
However, further efforts are needed: as requested by the government, we will try to heat our buildings to 20°C, to turn off the exterior lighting of the buildings, to adapt the heating and lighting of our buildings even better to the needs. In addition, we will cut hot water production in several places.
As a member of the climate pact and the climate alli- ance, we believe that it is important to show solidar- ity in these times and to support these measures. We therefore call on all our inhabitants to contribute to save energy and thus to protect the climate.

Concept relatif à l’éclairage
Le 13 juillet 2022, le conseil communal a adopté le concept relatif à l’éclairage pour l’ensemble de la commune.
Ce concept analyse la consommation en énergie de l’éclairage public le long des routes et propose pour l’avenir un plan déterminant les priorités concernant l’utilisation optimale des lampes disponibles sur le marché afin de garantir un éclairage unitaire, économe en énergie et respectueux des animaux et un minimum de pollution lumineuse sur l’ensemble du territoire de la commune.
Lighting concept
On 13 July 2022, the communal council adopted the lighting concept for the entire commune.
This concept analyses the energy consumption of street lighting along the roads and proposes a plan determining the priorities concerning the optimal use of lamps available on the market in order to ensure uniform, energy-efficient and animal-friendly lighting and a minimum of light pollution throughout the terri- tory of the commune.

Le 13 juillet, le conseil communal a adopté le concept relatif aux ressources à mettre en œuvre dans la commune.
En plus d’une cartographie de la situation actuelle, le concept propose des mesures concrètes sur l’utili- sation future des ressources au sein de la commune. L’accent est mis sur une politique durable en matière de ressources et le concept relatif aux ressources a déter- miné des ambitions claires ainsi que des indicateurs en la matière. L’économie circulaire joue un rôle prépon- dérant dans tous les domaines.

On 13 July, the communal council adopted the resource concept to be implemented in the commune.
In addition to mapping the current situation, the con- cept proposes specific measures for the future use of resources within the commune. The focus is on a sus- tainable resource policy and the resource concept has set clear ambitions and indicators. The circular econ- omy plays an important role in every domain.
